Paul and Mike worked together for 10 years before setting up Kendall Harper in 2000. Born and bred in Bristol, Paul has also raised his family in the city, observing first-hand how the local lettings market has evolved. His energy and enthusiasm are at the heart of how we operate, something clients and rest of the team love. His overall experience and expertise give a depth to our overall service that’s hard to beat.
Founding partner Mike has been in Bristol estate agency for 30 years – long enough to make anyone streetwise (which helps when it’s your street we’re talking about!) Bringing up his family and starting Kendall Harper in the local area, he’s invested in the community and his connection with it. Along the way, he’s acquired an exceptional knowledge of renting and letting, which he’s happy to share with our customers when they turn to us for help and advice.
Originally from Surrey, Geoff discovered Bristol as a university student. After 5 years in Surrey agencies, he came back here and has never left, now regarding himself as a local. Heading up the lettings team, Geoff had worked with another independent and a corporate agency before landing on the Gloucester Road. He’s been instrumental in building up a thriving and successful team which continues to go from strength to strength.
Sam is our Lettings Assistant Manager; she has worked at KH since 2015 now meaning she has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is an invaluable asset to the team. In her role, Sam is responsible for managing the greater lettings department, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. She is known for her strong organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as her ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. In her spare time, Sam enjoys drinking copious amounts of tea and eating out at new restaurants.
Dan grew up in East London and was very, very good at football. He signed a professional contract with West Ham before unfortunately having to retire at 22. He went on to work in the property industry in London for 7 years, including spells in Dubai and Singapore , so he knows his stuff and has proved an excellent addition to the team. He joined KH in 2023 having moved to Bristol with his partner. His sporting talents are now honed on the golf course whenever he can find the time.
Clair has worked in the property industry since 2012 and has accumulated an amazing wealth of experience and knowledge of the Lettings business. She worked across the bridge in Wales for 11 years before joining KH in 2023. She is super organised, calm, knowledgeable and has lovely people skills. She has been a fantastic addition to our team. Clair has a grown up family and enjoys the country life.
Kasia grew up in Poland where she studied Bio Technology before coming over to Bristol in 2009. She worked in Hospitality where her brilliant people skills were honed, before joining KH in 2013. She is incredibly smart, organised and upbeat and has worked her way up to senior property manager through hard work and great ability. She now has a young family and loves to play volleyball and go to the gym if she ever has a spare minute.
