We’ll be your guide

Buying a home, whether for the first time or not, can be exciting, stressful and emotional, all at once. It’s easy to let yourself get carried away with the sheer momentum of everything, but at Kendall Harper it’s our job to calm things down and guide you through the whole buying process, up until we hand over the keys to your new property.

We’ll help you select properties that fit your criteria and be there to accompany you on any viewing, six days a week. You’re bound to have a host of questions and concerns, and we’ll do our best to help answer them so you can move forward with a clear head and a definite plan.

 

Mortgage advice

Even before the viewings begin, you’ll be able to chat with us about mortgages. We’ve got a long association with Bristol Mortgages and we’re happy to recommend them. They’ll visit you at home, in our office or one of theirs and they operate seven days a week. Once you’ve made a decision on your new property and new mortgage, we’ll make sure we co-ordinate your purchase quickly and smoothly, so that no-one is kept waiting for too long, eliminating the hassle as much as we possibly can. We’ll advise you on how best to handle your solicitor when your expectations might be different from theirs, and we’ll sit down with you and talk you through a survey, as they can often look more daunting than they are.
