no obligation rental appraisal then please select ‘Register’
on the right hand side of this page and complete a ‘Landlord’s
Registration Form’. Please fully complete this form
and add in the ‘Notes’ section at the very end
of the page when you are hoping to arrange the appointment,
and a selection of times that would best suit your schedule.
We will then contact you at our earliest
opportunity to confirm the appointment, or to arrange another
mutually convenient time that we may meet to assess the property.

LANDLORD’S INSURANCE
It is important as Landlord’s that
you insure your properties and their contents. Even if a property
is unfurnished, the fixtures and fittings should be insured
in case of fire etc. There are also other insurances available
to you in respect of legal cover – If Kendall Harper
manage your property you are provided with Rent Guarantee
Insurance and Legal Cover to assist in tenants eviction.
