Local knowledge
Being an independent estate agent means
we're free to give you good, objective advice. We opened in
July 2000 with the aim of specialising in the areas of Bishopston,
St. Andrews, Montpelier, Horfield and Cotham. In that time
we've become the area's leading agent with an established
and deserved reputation for knowing the local market better
than the rest. Both partners not only live in the area and
have children attending local schools, but they also have
over 30 year's of combined experience in agency. As a company
we are totally committed to being an important part of the
vibrant local community and have supported local schools and
events through sponsorship and fundraising since our inception.
In
May, 2006, we opened our second branch in Chandos Road, Redland,
dealing with residential sales in Redland, Kingsdown, Cotham
and Clifton.

features. Our easy-to-use website is linked to all the major
property portals such as RightMove, and combined with our
established relationships with relocation companies, we can
guarantee national and local coverage. We use local newspapers
to get your home in front of the biggest possible audience,
and we'll contact potential buyers via phone, email, post
and even text messaging. Once a sale is agreed, it doesn't
mean we stop working on your behalf. We'll monitor progress,
keep everyone in the loop and ensure everything happens when
it should. Our friendly staff, including our own independent
financial advisor, have been in the business long enough to
know that customer satisfaction has to be earned. It's this
attention to detail, and a determination to exceed customer
expectations rather than just meet them, that sets us apart.
